Book two of the Enthrall Sessions Series picks up where book one ended. Mia and Richard are now a couple but in order for them to stay together, Mia must embrace Richard’s lifestyle. She agrees that he is her master but she can’t seem to get the knack of being a submissive. They both know that only one man can tame her – Dr. Cameron Cole – head of Enthrall and also of the Chrysalis manor (where only exclusive members can come to uncover their deepest, darkest secrets). Mia’s training will be at the hands of this almost perfect man who expects nothing less than perfect submission from her. But along the way, Mia’s crush on Cameron turns into more. On a deeper level he has helped her uncover and face secrets that were long buried. In doing so, she becomes more confident and self-empowered. Yet Cameron finds himself intermittently losing control and is drawn to this beautiful girl who is turning into a very desirable woman. A woman who will match wits with the powerful Cameron. And when a member of the Chrysalis board of directors tries to snatch Mia away from Cameron he does what he does best – arranges things.I found this story to be masterfully told. It is a powerful story of self-doubt, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment all learned through the art of submission. The sexy scenes are eye-opening and totally fit the storyline. I will admit that this is a page-turner. But I didn’t want to just plow through the book, I chose instead to pace myself so as to try to understand the minds of the characters. Mia’s transformation is amazing.Looking forward to the third book in the series which arrived yesterday and is now awaiting me.
